If you are planning on building a new home, adding an addition or even tearing down existing walls you will need an architect or engineer to draw the project in order to get a building permit. Our plans are more detailed than most; we draw the details as we are building the project. Even the changes are drawn to scale – and at no charge! Below is a drawing from a change we did on a recent project. Notice the details we sketched.
