Design Build Team is just what the name implies – full architectural service with complete building expertise – all in one company. DBT is not new. We have been designing and building primarily residential custom homes and additions in the master builder tradition since 1975.
With over 33 years of experience, we have become experts at listening to you, our client – absorbing your personality, your preferences, your priorities, and your taste – in a way that enables us to translate and project your essence into your distinctive space.
Though other construction companies claim design-build capabilities, few can boast having registered architects driving the design and building processes.
The design-build concept – one source of responsibility from start to finish – is becoming increasingly popular nationwide for custom homes, remodeling projects and additions to existing homes.

Design Build Team continues to seek up-to-date knowledge about construction techniques and materials, including environmental sustainability, so as to design for unique, creative effect.
