Meet Our Team
Skilled craftsmen with management skills define our five full-time carpenters who day in and day out represent Design Build Team to our clients. Maggie Goss, Garret Wilson, and David Dussair, president of DBT, make up the architectural staff.
Unlike many construction companies, we provide full medical coverage for our employees and their families along with paid vacation and a retirement plan. Required by law is our workmen’s comp and liability insurance. We are proud of our low employee turnover as it reflects the value we place on our relationships.
David Dussair, Architect and Builder

Talent and integrity are characteristics most quoted by Design Build Team’s past clients to describe DBT president David Dussair.
Creating spaces and using shapes both contemporary and traditional in a unique fashion is David’s forte. He is skilled at taking clients’ ideas and visualizing the finished product. Unlike other architects who don’t build, he knows how to construct exactly what he designs.
David is a professional architect, registered in both Kansas and Missouri. He graduated with a degree in architecture from Kansas State University. He is currently a member of AIA, American Institute of Architects.
Another satisfied client:
