He wasn’t able to locate the original notebook we gave him when we finished the project over four years ago and he was wondering if we could help. Maggie Bauer Goss, Design Build Team project architect, was able to quickly find the information on her computer and we forwarded on the paint selection to the client right away.

For my wife Patty and me, the greatest part of our experience with the Design Build Team was the communication.  The quality of the job was there but no matter how good the contractor no job goes perfectly so lines of communication are crucial. Dave and his assistants were always available to talk and meet with us.  The whole contracting group was courteous and good people to be around. We had a pizza party when the job ended where the workers and even some of their spouses came over to see the finished product. – Joe

It’s All About The Animals

We value our relationships with our architects, our carpenters, our subcontractors and suppliers, and our clients – right down to our clients’ animals!  Read below:

One of our young carpenters, Carlos, smashed his thumb with a hammer while installing hardwood floor on a job. He came the next day with it bandaged. He was later presented with a drawing which told the story by the

client’s young daughter.  There was Carlos, with a very large, bandaged thumb and a hammer!

Abigail Colville, one client’s dog, writes, “I sure do miss you guys.  I had a great time while you were here.  Thanks again for the great new digs.  I love the new windows.  I can see farther and bark longer.  The porch shelter is superb – I can be outside, but still keep an eye on my family.  I’ve even gotten to nap with my belly on the nice cool sun room floor.  Emma the Cat doesn’t miss you.  I’m enclosing a picture of her using her new eating place you designed.”
