We recently received a phone call from a client regarding the paint colors we used for his home. He wasn’t able to locate the original notebook we gave him when we finished the project over four years ago and he was wondering if we could help. Maggie Bauer Goss, Design Build Team project architect, was able to quickly find the information on her computer and we forwarded on the paint selection to the client right away.

For my wife Patty and me, the greatest part of our experience with the Design Build Team was the communication. The quality of the job was there but no matter how good the contractor no job goes perfectly so lines of communication are crucial. Dave and his assistants were always available to talk and meet with us. The whole contracting group was courteous and good people to be around. We had a pizza party when the job ended where the workers and even some of their spouses came over to see the finished product. – Joe
